Disappointed in this unit according to the description on Amazon's website this unit heats and helps to maintain the water temperature. My wife used today and after about 10 minutes the water was pretty cool. I contacted the manufacturer regarding the issue to see if there was something that I was missing and was informed by their customer service personnel that the unit does not have a heat function, reply from CS below. "The foot baths are not designed to heat the water. However, they should maintain heat for the first 15 minutes. Water initially placed in the tub will drop about 5 degrees, thereafter it should maintain warmth for approximately 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the water will begin to cool and lose temperature every 5 minutes." The description on the website is misleading and should be addressed by Amazon as this is a definite misrepresentation of an item that they handle.
