Unfortunately, as much as I like this pool, I have to give a low rating JUST based on the crappy customer service. The connector hose that attaches to the sand filter arrived defective. There was a gouge in the hose, causing the connection to have a spraying leak. I'm going to be honest... they have a 90 defect replacement policy, and because it wasn't summer yet, I didn't notice the defect til after 90 days. I get it. I do. But since it arrived defective, and I had pictures to prove it wasn't anything a human could do, I thought they'd offer something like a 10% off coupon... free shipping, SOMETHING. not only did they not even offer a coupon for as little as 10% off, but the customer service dude got snarky with me. I told him I was going to make a review on Amazon (not a threat... all other customers should watch for this defect), and he gave a very snarky, "Oh, please do." Ugh. Again... wasn't expecting a full refund or free parts since it was a 90 day warranty, but even the smallest discount would have been a show of good faith. Heck, the customer service rep being NICE would have been a good solution, too. There is no need to be rude, ever, especially since I wasn't being rude. They also kept me on hold for 15 minutes. So... the pool is pretty decent, and fun... just pray you have no customer service issues, and when you get the pool, CHECK EVERYTHING RIGHT AWAY! (PS. It took 6 of us about 2 hours to put this sucker together, so don't believe the "60 minutes" line.)
