Why are you people throwing money away? Your facet has a lifetime warranty that covers this hose. I called Hansgrohe, they asked when and where I bought the faucet. I gave them my address and they sent a new one free! They did not ask for a receipt or to send the old one back to them. What really boggles my mind is the people that have ordered a second one here...the hose you buy here also has a lifetime warranty! Call Hansgrohe and save your money!
