unable to set up, even with customer support help
Ordered to use with his and hers keys and iphone. Tried valiantly to set up with instructions on app, then chatted with customer support for an hour. No relief. They are either defective or the setup is beyond my capacity.(I am a graduate engineer, somewhat computer savvy and usually able to make stuff like this work)
