I ordered this to put on a low pile carpet. It's too thin to be of any use. The chair sinks into it and you cannot roll (and I am not that heavy). You have to stand up to move a chair with wheels because the wheels sink so far into the mat. It was easier to roll on the carpet without the mat. The mat is cheap, so I suppose you get what you pay for. I'm not even sure it's worth the trouble of returning. Do NOT get this product if you are using it on carpet (even low pile carpet).
