Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I wanted to love this machine. All the reviews were fantastic, it is easy to learn, pictures from other users were beautiful, except one problem....mine embroiders like the picture shows. I have contacted Brother many, many times for help. They respond, but only to tell me to read the manual or the on-line help...which I have already done, more than once, yet they continue to send the same "support" answer. So, don't expect much support from Brother if you have issues. If your problem is a simple solution and covered in the manual you will be fine, otherwise - you are on your own.
