I want to say that I thoroughly enjoy this product. It's incredibly easy and forgiving to install. It's essentially like a giant sticker that can be removed and reapplied as many times as it takes to get it perfect. I have a large wall in my nursery that I wanted to accent to brighten up the room, but I'm trying to get it finished as soon as possible. This was by far the most affordable option while retaining quality. It took five rolls to cover this one wall and so I ordered all five at the same time and that's where this experience jumped the rails. It says on the packaging that you need to examine the lot numbers to ensure they match, and I found that I was sent three of lot #10 and two of lot #7. They were very different shades, so even though I'm under pressure time wise I decided to return the two lot #7 and ask for two more of lot #10. My message in the return/replace said this exactly: I ordered five units of this product and received three from lot #10 and two from lot #7. I would like to replace the two from lot #7 with two from lot #10 as they are different colors. I thought there wasn't very much room for interpretation of this message, but apparently I was wrong as two days later I received two units of lot #12. What even... I just... how. It boggles the mind. I was out of time and so I put them up anyway and I hope that with enough wall decorations I can distract from the obvious discrepancy in color. I didn't trust that I could just send them back and receive the correct lot #. I might just end up in endless loop of returning and receiving the wrong item over and over again until perhaps by accident some day in the far future someone might make the correct selection and fulfill this walls destiny in becoming uniform. This product begs for five stars; it's great, but my issue isn't an isolated incident. In past reviews others have complained of the same treatment. So unless you order a single roll to wallpaper a bookcase or something small you run the potential of having someone just throw whatever they have at arms length into your box because they clearly do not care.
