These look really nice, and open and close well. They are not at all durable though. The finish scratches easily. We've had them 9 months and several need to be replaced. If you have kids or dogs. These are a total no-go. If yours will be out of all traffic areas and have neither kids nor dogs the look and function nice but won't last forever.
