These advertise having a cinch tie, and ours DID NOT. In looking at reviews, it looks like some people are getting a different style. The ones we received are made of very firm lycra swimsuit material NOT Soft polyester microfiber as described. While they DO stretch, they are VERY tight. You would be better off cutting a leg off of your bike shorts. The only good thing about these is the fabric patterns, and they DO have the openings hemmed in a nice seam. Otherwise. IT'S A NO.
