Warning! The newest model of this unit is NOT what received all of the past positive reviews. The new model has a lock switch on top that forces you to use two hands just to use it. This is the first time I have ever bought a "best seller" on Amazon and it turned out to be horrible. Read some of the most recent reviews and you'll see that this blender is awkward and irritating since it was revised with the lock switch. Imagine if you had a TV remote control and you had to press and hold a button on the side of the remote with your left hand just to be able to use any of the normal buttons on the remote with your right hand. That's what this blender is like. So please avoid this product, and by doing so you'll save yourself more aggravation that you can imagine.
