Not impressed with this product, it’s one of those “it has a good rating on amazon so it must be good” products and in reality it’s a cheaply made cutting board with cheap plastic inserts (that I thought would be a little more flexible) and not worth the money spent. Because for the money spent, you could just buy an actual cutting board that will perform better. Yes, the mats move around a bit as you cut. Yes, they snap in half if you try to lift food into the pot or pan with them. Yes, the bamboo top is quite thin and can be punctured while chopping. No, I would not recommend anyone buy this as an alternative to an actual cutting board. While this seems like a great idea, it’s poorly executed and does not lend to convenience. Do yourself a favor: buy a proper cutting board for maybe $5-$10 more and then wash as needed. Oh, and if you need more than one cutting board, then buy more than one cutting board. The 7-in-1 sort of thing just doesn’t work.
