The first thing I notice is how cheaply this was made. Not well insulated and the oven got very hot when using I was concerned with having this on my counter. I tried to cook a turkey breast on the pressure setting the recommended temp was 450 and the time for the weight of the breast was 49 minutes. After 49 minutes the checked temp registered 100 degrees. I pressure roasted an additional 30 minutes still not cooked through. I had to pressure cook the turkey 30 more minutes before it was done. It takes 2 hours at 350 to cook a turkey breast in my regular oven. This pressure roast oven was only 10 minutes faster with the higher temperature. In short oven is flimsy, gets to hot for a kitchen counter and does not pressure cook 70% faster then conventional oven. I will stick to my electric pressure cooker.
