Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I used to love this soap, and especially that it was available on Subscribe & Save during the long dry period where Amazon was not adding new products to that program... But I digress. This soap was great for a couple years, until the last shipment we got (Sep. 1 2016), when they changed the pump on the bottle. The new pump sticks, and either the soap shoots out past your hand, or almost nothing comes out and it dribbles straight down. I don't like feeling like my hand soap is some kind of roulette game each time I need to use it. You can tell the new pumps from the old style, as the newer ones are longer and more curvy looking. Unfortunately, I've had to switch back to a competing brand of soap, because these new pumps are ridiculously bad. I would welcome an update from the company if they switch back to the old pump tops.
