Purple does not send someone to come get it like they do when you purchase through their website. Let me first start by saying I was really excited about this bed. I paid for overnight shipping because I really wanted this bed. We were placing it in my parents home that we may stay at 20 nights a year. Let me tell you a little about me. I am on the heavy and tall side 6'5" 300 lbs. I am a side and back sleeper. That said, I tried this bed for 6 nights. Each night I became more and more uncomfortable. The purple bed was comfortable for an hour nap, but much longer and I became sore in my neck, head, and shoulders. I woke up several times a night due to shoulder soreness, which i have never experienced before. Not sore at my shoulder blades, but more to the outside and top near my clavicle. Pressure sore, and sore to the touch. My wife also woke several times each night due to pain. For her, the pain was at her lower back. The first night we slept with regular sheets. Every other night we used stretchy sheets. It made a little difference, but not enough to be comfortable. The purple marketing did not live up to the hype in my opinion. However, if you are going to try it, buy it from purple not amazon!
