DO NOT BUY - I am returning this product immediately. It arrived in one day as promised. I spent a full afternoon attempting to set it up with no luck. I reached out to customer support who gave me the following excuses: Our Servers may be down and to try again in hour, try using and to try using an SD card. After few more hours of attempting to connect I finally did so with my sisters phone.....ONLY TO HAVE FULL ACCESS INTO SOMEONE ELSE's HOME. I WAS ABLE TO MOVE THE CAMERA WHICH LANDED ON HIS FAMILY PHOTOS, and I WAS EVEN ABLE TO CALL OUT TO HIM TO WARN HIM THAT WE HAD THE SAME SCAN CODE. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN but I DO NOT APPEAR TO BE THE FIRST WITH THIS COMPLAINT.
