Sadly, this stopped working after only about a 1 hour use on a flight. I was SO excited to have found this product as I get hot easily and thought I'd need it on the flight with my mask to just help breathability. This helped me SO much!!! But I'm not sure what happened after that- it simply stopped working. Thankfully, I'm able to return it and get a refund, so I'm thankful for that! (I decided not to try for an exchange because my husband had actually bought me another one unknowingly for my birthday! So random!! So glad I can still have one- just not for the flight!) Otherwise, it genuinely seems like a wonderful product and I hope it's just a random occurrence.
