The only good thing, the flavor. Very smooth, not overpowering or overly sweet. I used one 16.9 oz water bottle for one heaping scoop of powder.
However, disappointed with results. It says to use for 90 days to see results. *rolls eyes*
It took 30 days (one order) to see the kind of results I could get with my previous product in a week, with less servings. And at a MUCH reduced price vs. this product.
Guess, I'm going back to my other one.
