This product was shipped with a design issue that caused the print head to fail on the first use. This was a big disappointment. The customer service knew about the issue, but required me to return the broken piece before a new one was mailed out. I needed the printer for my classroom, so I just ordered and paid for a new head. Lulzbot then reimbursed me when the old head was returned. Sadly, about 100 prints and 6 months later it failed again...company would not warranty the print head. Was told that part of the innovation of 3-D printing is supporting the development. The machine has sat unused since September. I will not longer support LulzBot's development. I must be honest.. The Taz6 was the best of four printers ($1500-$2500) range machines. Just wish they had better support for their product.
