Bought this monitor December 27, 2014. Loved it. AT FIRST. We have a very small apartment and the baby's room is literally one room away. Since buying it, it is getting worse and worse signal. It will have full bars and all of a sudden drop to zero and a 'Out of Signal Coverage' message will appear while also making a painstakingly annoying beep. I am to the point of just wanting to chuck it out the window it is so annoying. I don't have any idea why it drops signal FROM ONE ROOM AWAY. It started doing this recently within the last month. With only 4 months of use so far I feel like its just garbage for $180. There is no reason it should not still be working right. Occasionally if you restart it, the signal works better for a time. I've had enough of at this point. I normally wouldn't be so impatient or write such a negative review but I mean the monitor is literally one room away in a tiny apartment. It just makes no sense. I'm sure at this point its too late to return the item. So much for trying to keep a close eye on my monkey toddler during bed time and nap time.
