It's comfortable and it was easy to put together. The only issues I have with it, is that there is no way to lock the wheels (wasn't advertised so I'm not mad) and the fact that if you lift the chair the bottom part that has the wheels falls off. I'm not sure if its supposed to lock into anything or not but I lifted it up and the bottom half fell off. EDIT: So I've had this chair for a few months and now the screws underneath are falling out. I literally almost fell off the chair. I'll recline back and hear a loud noise and had the caps that cover the screws on the arm rest pop out.
