I bought this item for my father for Christmas. He opened it Christmas Eve and used it and loved it. Yesterday he could not get it to even come on. It is dead. I called best choice products to find that it is no longer under warranty. They offered me a huge 20 % discount on any of their items...I do not think I will need discount because I will not be buying any more products from them. Very disappointed. I have never wrote a bad review before but I thought other customers need to be aware of this product.
