The first toothbrush head I used out of the package was dropped pretty bad while connected to the handle. It eventually started to rattle and I noticed rust dripping out the bottom of it when I rinsed it. I assumed this happened because I dropped it and knocked something loose. The second one out of the package pictured above was not dropped but still it fell apart and was rusted inside... Gross! The old version of the Phillips toothbrush heads were fine. But these new ones (BrushSync) are completely unacceptable. I would give this zero stars if I could. Time to find a new brand of toothbrush.
