Junk, flawed, but found a fix for lack of bubbling.
Fatal flaw, poorly engineered (surprise, surprise)
Bubbles stop after a few uses due to a poor design. The tiny air pump has no ability to overcome any obstruction in the air lines (which are far to large in diameter) There are no check valves or mechanisms to keep water from migrating into the air lines, which is the cause of the bubble failure.
Removing the lower cover (9 screws on bottom) reveals the air pump. A quick blast of air (blow hard with your mouth) into the intake of the running pump will open the airway and return the unit to bubbling. For longer term use you could remove the bottom vent shutters so you can gain access to the pump without removing the bottom part of the unit each time this happens. Additionally, storing the unit upside down and/or with the front of the unit pointing down may help keep water from draining into the air lines in the future. See photos for a better understanding of what's going on here.
