This is an antihistamine. Meaning it's pretty much the same as taking benadryl to sleep. I took this yesterday and it knocked me out within 30 minutes. Problem is when I woke up. I woke up extremely groggy and I woke up much later than I usually do. This grogginess is still present and I feel extremely slow and heavy. It felt like I didn't sleep at all to be honest. After some research, it turns out I'm feeling like this because I'm hung over from this drug. This drug also prevents you to enter REM sleep so you're asleep but you're not getting the benefits of sleep. I'm going to return this product if I can. Terrible product.
