Beware of Ingredients
Formula for this product changed. First ingredient is now soybean oil which is high in omega6. Kind of defeats the purpose of taking the omega3 in cod liver oil which is supposed to help offset the effects of too much omega6 in the standard American diet. Makes no sense to include soybean oil in this product Carlson Labs. Used to be a great product, but I will never buy this again.
