So just to get this out of the way, this is very small. It can fit in the palm of an adult hand. This being said, it it actually pretty amazing. The shipping took a while longer than I'm used to with Prime, but the packaging job was very thorough [as you can see in the pictures]. I actually thought it was bigger from the outer boxes, but that's not that big of a deal. The overall mechanisms are simple and easy to use. It has an automatic shut off once the water is low, which I appreciate since I use it before going to bed. Also, the lights are nice and soothing at night. My favorite oil is the peppermint for when I'm trying to get work done and lavender for before bed. So far I love this purchase and I would recommend it to others. The only reason I took a star off is because of the deceptive size. *Edited* Really upset. I went to plug it in the other night and it went on for a moment then shut off. I have not even had it a year and I took great care of it. It just stinks because I really did like this product.
