I will NEVER use this card again! Not only was my billing messed up, it seems they charged me $16 each time their customer service line hung up on me while I was on hold and I had to call them back - that was 3 times! UNBELIEVABLE!!! These people should be locked up! DO NOT GET THIS CARD! I never had problems with Amazon before, but now it seems that even they are finding ways to fool us. Also watch your check-out for shipping, as it will default to a paid shipping option rather than the free option. I think I'm done with the whole Amazon experience!
