When my well used, reliable-until recently, several-year-old DeLonghi toaster oven died, after extensive research, I determined this was THE toaster oven for me. I was so excited when the package arrived (it's the little things for me . . . ); however, after using the oven for a few days, I started to feel like the oven was running cool. Experimenting with my oven thermometer, I learned that the oven's 400 deg was really a cool 300, and 450 was 400, consistently. I am so disappointed to be returning this oven. Bummer, bummer, bummer.
