Upon opening the box, it looked liked it had already been used...the filters were not bagged (they were folded in the bottom of the main bag and the electric cord was not even in the twist tie, the twist tie was just laying there next to it...right away I knew this must have been a return or very careless packaging. I sent it back, not wanting someone else's headache.
