Never touch the hour/minute hand! Never !!!!!!!!! The quality of this clock is unbelievable poor. The hour/minute hands are not fixed with the clock, they can be moved/removed from the clock easily; once that happened, you will never be able to put them back to the right position. That means, the time will be never correct again, never!!!!! 5 whys for the Echo Wall Clock product team: 1. Why this clock is so fragile? 2. Since it's so fragile, why don't put a glass to cover the hour/minute hands? 3. If the glass is kind of expensive, why don't design the hour/minute hands and axis better to make it easier to put the hands back to the right position? 4. Since it's such a fragile product, why publish it before full testing, and feedback collection? 5. Why ruin the customer experience by such a fragile product?
