Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This foam mattress was recommended by my son and his wife. I purchase this mattress base on his personal experience and the reviews on Amazon. The mattress arrived on time and the box had no damage. I followed the instructions waited 48 hours my foam mattress only reached 6 inches on the top 9 inches in the center and 8 inches in the bottom. I called Amazon and they immediately shipped another one. I also called Zinus and was told to try sleeping on it and my husband and I decided to try it on the 3rd day. My husband woke up the next day with horrible back pains. I hardly didn't sleep either and woke up with minor back pain. We decided to give it a 2nd try the next day well that's not working for me at all it is currently 1:25am and I'm with horrible pain on my hip , shoulder and lower back. I have two degenerated lower disc and my husband also. This bed is to firm! I will be sending this back like amazon advise me to do and the one that's on its way can stay in the box and will be return as well. I will like to say that amazon will take the mattress back as is you don't need to try to fit it in the box because you won't be able too. I also will like to point out this mattress had no odor and my hubby didn't felt me tossing and turning. Base on my experience I still rather have my pillow top mattress but will try another foam mattress that's not as firm and from another company. My mattress never fully reached 12 inches.
