The color is Blue or Brownish depending on the light. It is printed and I knew that when I bought them. What I didn't expect is how the printing was done. It similar to a printer that has run out of ink. The pictures are decieving as they looked very black and true to the style I was hoping to recieve- and sadly did not Just like many other reviews the toe is dented. This is a design flaw that is glued into the sole. The size does run slightly large and wider. They also have several areas where printed red stripes apear next to where the fabric is cut. Although it is impossible to see this flaw at any distance. However this type of defect would relegate a shoe of this price to an 'outlet' store, labeled as defected and at a fraction of the price. If you buy this shoe at the full 69.99 price. (I paid 48.99) You will have paid 30.00 for the shoes and 40.00 for the box. Creative marketing does not make up for cheap quality. People will eventually see thru this and stop buying them. This product deserves the one star.
