Wow! To have a company representative contact me to comment on his product is definitely a first!. I most certainly was using the product incorrectly! Let me tell you Mr. Representative; I never exercised under a hot shower before, but "Long Reach" forced the opportunity when the pad refused to stay on the stick. I got weary of doing "bend-overs". I turned off the shower and began to think: Nailing the pad on the handle wouldn't work for obvious reasons; the same obviousness using glue. I thought of wrapping paper tightly around the end of the shaft and forcing the pad with violent twisting. Finally, I decided to just let it hang on a shower hook, until the day I forgot what it's there for and it toss it out. Mr. Representative, please forgive me. In a few months I will be 86 years old and maybe dementia has set in. But, Mr. Rep., I would like to know the secret to keeping the pad on the end of Long Reach? Wait! Maybe the first pad was defective, and the other two will work. (I never thought of that.) Update. The company representative sent me an email and apologized for the bad experience I had with their product. They offered to refund my money, or send a replacement; I chose the latter. I received the product a few days ago and it performs as expected. I give it a five star rating.
