Okay, so at first I LOVED this warmer and was going to purchase a couple more. Then, I noticed it leaks a small amount of wax out. I posted a picture to show you what I'm talking about. It leaks out of the center, where the plastic pieces meet, while plugged in and turned on. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Hopefully, they can fix this issue. I love the silicone bowl! All you have to do is turn it off for like thirty minutes and then it comes right out! Take it from someone that's owned every brand of warmers there is, this is so easy, nice and convenient!! I'm surprised it took this long to come out with one like this! I may email the company and let them know my issue as well because if they could just fix the leakage issue it would be a five star warmer from me. For now, I'll just use it as a nightlight. Update: Emailed the company and they tried to turn it around and make it like I have no idea how to use a wax warmer. Very disappointed in their customer service. Was hoping mine was just defective and they would just offer to send a replacement. Changed my review from 3 stars to a 2 because of this.
