I own a v1 of this filtration system and clicked "buy it again" to get a second one this week. What shipped was a v2. The v2's only "improved" feature is that it can clean a slightly larger area than the previous version. Meanwhile, they've removed the single best feature of this unit: the particle sensor. As a result, they've also removed "auto" mode, which kicks in when the particle sensor detects additional particulate in the air. Further, the old "night mode" kicked in automatically based on an ambient light sensor. Now it's up to the user to manually select "night mode." The light sensor has also been removed. This is extremely frustrating as I previously recommended the v1 unit to several people as a high quality product. The v2 product is clearly a significant downgrade - at the same price. Shame on you Medify.
