This hose leaks between the green clamp and black part that screws onto the spigot/other hose. I had it replaced only to find that the second one did the same thing. I attempted to adjust the amount of water that was flowing through the hose. If I turned it down to lessen the amount of water leaking, no water would come out of the hose in the places that it is supposed to. If you are purchasing his type of hose to conserve water as I did, this is not going to do the job. For clarification the leak takes place whether it is connected to a hose or directly to the spigot. In the picture it is connected to another hose and leaking not where they are connected but between the green fastener and black connector. The leak filled up a one gallon watering can in about one minute.
