Really messy. Cooks all the moisture out of the meet. I hoped this would be better than the Foreman grills which dry the meet and take out the flavor. Sadly this grill does the same, dry hockey-puck burgers with no flavor. Even the dog wouldn't eat the burger. And this unit creates a real greasy mess. When cooking a burger, the top of the burger looks pink while the inside will be dried and flavorless. So its hard to tell what is going on. I have had enough of these meat drying flavor removing grills of all brands. And I tried them all. My true advice, just stick with your old reliable frying pan or electric frying pan. Or, grill outside using the old fashion charcoal. Really hoped this grill would be different, it was not.
