From time of receiving it to completely up was a good 8 hours. This includes opening package and laying out and separating all content, assembly, mostly myself and wife helped for about 2 hours as needed. I mounted on a 20' x 12' concrete pad next to my work shop for storage and bolting down every support with concrete bolts. I took the time to measure every support and mount to make sure it was square and tight. Front and back panels have pockets in the bottom which I slid in aluminum tubing which is a great help to keep the end panels more secure in the wind and makes rolling up and securing the zippered door very easy and tight using the included bungee cords. No matter how well you tighten up everything you are going to have sagging panels on top which will hold snow. When snow is light and the wind is blowing it will shake it off no problem. When snow is wet and heavy I got out there and pushed up from the inside to slide it off and with a little sun it was in good shape. So far it is keeping everything dry I have in it but I do elevate anything off the concrete that I don't want to get wet if any water flows through but most just runs through in the relief joints in the concrete pad. Shipping and price was very good using Prime. Box was a little banged up but no real damage or loss of parts. Only defect was the printing of the ShelterLogic name on one side- it was not level but slanted down about 2" from left to right but it worked out facing the back side of my yard towards the woods where no one would notice or else I would have requested a new cover from the company if I had to look at it all the time. Anyone saying they can have it up in 1-2 hours, more power to them. I'm just telling you what it took me to do it as I did. I am happy with it but if I wanted a more secure storage unit especially in a heavy snow and wind area I think I would go with one of the rounded supported roofs and a heavier material and a higher quality and price unit. Hope my "No BS Review" helps anyone interested in this unit. I feel it will serve the purpose I was looking for. ****** Update 1 year later Nov. 2017 just out of warranty. Top is coming apart with holes and had to apply Shrink wrap tape to keep it from further and totally falling apart. Would recommend purchasing a product with a much heavier material if you want to get a few years out of it or really check it over before end of 1 year warranty and try and make a claim if you see a problem. 2 YEARS LATER 10/13/2018 UPDATE. Every top corner coming apart even more then as noted in my 1 year review and needs to be re-taped on every top rounded corner with fresh shrink wrap tape on both inside and outside hoping it will make it through another winter season. Roll up door grommets pulled out and ripped a hole and also needs taping with a new grommets installed. May have to throw a large top from HF over complete top if it starts to really rip up bad this winter. Called ShelterLogic about a replacement cover and it would cost almost 2/3 the price of a complete unit just for the tarp! My plan is this is a temporary shelter for 2-3 years until I build a permanent pavilion in this location since it has a nice 6"-12'x20' concrete pad. Bottom line is if you think this $300 plus investment is worth it for 2-3 years to protect your things from the rain and snow you'll find it an OK investment as I have. Too Bad ShelterLogic can't supply a new replacement cover for a reasonable price like $100-$150 and it would be a great longer term investment. Thanks DoneWrenching NE Ohio END OF 3 YEARS. CANVAS TOTALLY SHOT! THREW CANVAS OUT,MOVED FRAME AND PUT A HEAVY $50 CANVAS ON IT TO USE IT TEMPORARILY IN DIFFERENT LOCATION. BUILT A NICE PAVILION IN ITS PLACE. BOTTOM LINE, WOULD I BUY THIS MODEL AGAIN FOR 3 YEARS USE----NO-NO-NO!!!
