Bought this model 3 years ago and loved it. Excellent tension control and very comfortable seat & backrest. Has just the right amount of data available on its screen for my uses too. So when I moved and needed a new bike, of course, i went for the same model. But sadly, they have changed it and it feels cheap now. The tension is almost nonexistent - you can hear the wheel inside just spinning. The seat and backrest have both been changed from comfortable contoured parts to large, bulky, flat and hard pieces. Very disappointed and would not recommend this product any longer.
