I ALWAYS order from Amazon. I mean they are a trusted company, right?!?! Well, I don't know where this product is from, or how Amazon got there hands on it. From an unknown buyer, you would think the flat iron was the real thing, but for some reason, it didn't seem right to me. So, I hook them up to get ready to use and realize that the lowest temp is 176 degrees vs 140 degrees that it's supposed to be. Then I realize that there aren't any in between degrees... The dial goes from 176 degrees to 450 degrees and I guess I was suppossed to guess at the temps between them. I knew something had to be wrong because there were so many sites stating the temp that should be used for my hair texture and it wasn't 176 degrees or 450 degrees! And, another thing, I found the real ones (BeautyChoice.com per the FHI Heat customer service rep) for less than $20 more (check for online coupon codes).
