NO, NO, NO!!! Do not buy. Unit is flimsy and seems cheap. Only good this was the set-up - it was very easy and was printing within 10 minutes, but kept getting a error code after printing one page. Shut down the unit and restart and could print a one page, then another error code. Called customer support, and was told the ink cartridge that came with the printer appeared to be bad and they shipped me a new cartridge (took about 4 days to receive). This time printed 2 or 3 pages, and then got a different error message. Called support AGAIN, and now they said the error appeared to be a problem with the printer itself and they would ship me out a new printer. Now I have to re box the first printer and send back. I set up the new printer tonight - again, a very easy set-up and online/wireless process. Printed the test page and one picture and guess what - the SAME ERROR CODE. I'm really ticked at this, I have always had HP Printers and none have been this flimsy of construction, and none have ever given me this type of issue. I'm going to send both printers back and go with Cannon or Epson. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS NEW HP PRINTER>
