I have had this machine for 6 months and it really was great until the carpet brush stopped rotating. The warranty is for the motor only and not anything else. Tech support was easy to reach and told me that I would have to pay for a new bottom section; $95 plus shipping. They would not guarantee this new part either. I am in the process of deciding on our next vacuum, but it will not be a Shark or anyother machine with a crappy warranty.
