Wait for May 27th price for this card MSRP is $599 for the regular edition and $699 for the founder edition. Buy the $599 regular edition as the founder edition is nothing special and only comes with a cool new cooler design. This is not worth $100 for something that nvidia has done for free in the past. Also the founder edition will be produced for as long as the card is supported by nvidia so there is no rush in buying it at marked up prices like this.
