I absolutely loved the huge capacity of this humidifier, and its sleek, modern, and discreet appearance. It can last for days-we used it every night and every nap time. It has variable output and the light option is a huge hit with my toddler. These reasons are why I purchased this humidifier. But what is absolutely terrifying, and why I desperately wanted to return (alas, the window closed 😡 so instead, I offer warning for any other potential victims!) about this is that it grows mold almost INSTANTLY. And there is NO WAY to properly clean it. I cannot disassemble the reservoir portion in order to get it properly sanitized. I purchased this humidifier to help my toddler with his wintertime allergies and sinus difficulties from the dry air, and instead I got a one-way ticket to fungal meningitis for my home. I would STRONGLY discourage the purchase of this humidifier, unless perhaps you were hoping to punish an enemy or exact vengeance by way of deadly infection from aerosolized mold spores.
