No Return??
The Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx insoles I ordered were too large. But when I attempted to return them, the message I received was that the item COULD NOT be returned. The order page describing the insoles has NO indication that they could not be returned. So I am out $36.80 - and frankly, I'm outraged. If the product is not returnable, it should be plainly noted on the order page. This information should not be provided AFTER the purchase and receipt of the item.
