Despite the seemly stellar reviews, this is the WORST Bidet I have ever had the displeasure of using.... 1) even though there appears to be a "pressure dial" adjustment on the control panel, there are only two states: "off" and "power drill". By the time your rotate it to the lowest tick mark, its blazing along with 100% of the water pressure. 2) there are no nozzle options other than the razer-sharp pinpoint stream nozzles that ships with the unit. Forget any notion of broad coverage or comfortable dispersion of water, this thing will drill you a second bum if you have even modest water pressure. 3) This probably works fine if you still use the old flat-bottom wooden seats but if you've upgraded your home to soft-close plastic seats, this will not fit. There is a reason everyone photo shows these huge bumpers purchased and installed with the bidet, its the only way to prevent the inner rim of contoured seats from pressing/distoring the nozzle pod and heavily distorting it under your weight. What the others don't mention, is that those huge bumpers raise your seat about 20mm from the bowl, leaving you with an enormous gap that makes you feel like youre hovering above the toilet. Its a Jerry-rigged solution, and not a very good one. 4) The cheap hinged door that is supposed to hide the unsightly nozzle has no positive latch or means to keep itself closed. it just hangs there; half open there like a cabinet door that wont stay closed. Do yourself a HUGE favor and skip this by a country mile. By the time you paid for this bidet, a new seat, a reducing valve and bumpers spacers; you have already paid the same amount as you would have for one of the really polished 'all-in one' designs like the Kohlor Puretide; which has 3 nozzle options, a movable stream, and a perfectly matched built in seat/lid (with soft close!).
