This has to be the worst book I have EVER read. According to Church all you need to do to become the most self-deluded person on earth is to meditate, drink water, take a hot bath, walk lesiurely thru the woods, and did I mention meditate? IF you do all that then you can take just three days of instruction in learning to paint, and have an "artsy" girlfriend who just loves your fabulous work, and you will get a one-man show because you are so REALLY good, which you give up to become a writer, and of course, you have a method you can go on the net to get. All this is supported by an ad nauseam listing of studies that show how rats are cured of cancer. While he tells you of the same thing happening to people, he NEVER tells you how. Lastly, a foreword is written by another johnny-come-lately who knows even less than Church. Please tell me, Helen Hayes, you knew nothing about this farce.
