This is my most expensive Amazon purchase and the worst. After less, than a year with very little uses, the heating elements burnt up and failed to seal anything. After contacting Weston's customer service, who insured me that it was all my fault, they sent me a new metal heating strip. I was so frustrated with the fact that I spent over $350.00 on a piece of junk that the company wasn't guaranteeing, that I put it away and didn't even want to look at it let alone try to get it working (not my job). Here seven months later, I needed to use it and replaced all the burnt parts with the ones that were sent to me and with the first try, the newly installed heating element burnt and fried. Waiting to hear from Weston with the new set of pictures and requesting some form of help by either a repair, replacement or refund. I will keep you potential customers informed as to what the company will do. I can tell you that working with this company has been awful experience
