I wanted to give this 5 stars but won’t because of the way it’s configured. I bought this for sinus congestion and pre/post vocal performance steam. Setup is a breeze. It’s a simple twist to open, fill the small reservoir in the bottom, and turn on. Two things I don’t like. You have to be plugged into an outlet which means that there are few comfortable spaces to use this item. I knew that when purchasing but understand how important that is to me now. Second, it takes about 8-10 mins to warm up. It produces adequate steam and is easy to hold, but my biggest complaint is the attachable plastic portion on top. One bump or movement and it’s constantly falling off. It’s super super annoying. While I know I’m not supposed to hold it against my face it’s drives me crazy when it falls off if I bump it. I’m considering returning the item because I know that there are others on the market for a tad more that may be more convenient. If you’re purchasing for use only when sick, it will definitely do the job. If you’re going to be using this more frequently, it may be worth putting more money into a wireless handheld and solidly built product.
