This vacuum broke 4 and a half months after I bought it. The roller stopped working. We thought it was the fan belt, but it wasn't. I spent the day searching online how to repair it myself, but was unable to do so. I tried calling the number on the back of the unit, 877 531 7321. I called this number for 3 days, all day, and kept getting a recording, "This is the vacuum support line. Sorry we missed your call. If you are reaching this message during our regular business hours between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, it means we are receiving more than normal call volume. Please call back during these business hours and have a great day." Needless to say, it has been almost a week, and I have still not been able to get through. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A KENMORE VAC CLEANER. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
