I really wanted to enjoy this flat iron. I am an avid reader of reviews so when I saw that this iron had good ratings, was a great price, and had great features I was literally sold. However once I received it in excellent condition and prepared to straighten my hair I noticed that it tugged and snagged. Every strand. The results were frizz-free and shiny but I couldn't handle hearing the flat iron sound like a bag of chips being opened every time I attempted to glide it down each strands. I dont care how expensive or well-integrated a flat iron is, my biggest deal breaker is the snagging and pulling which will ultimately lead to split ends. My hair is in great condition, fine and wavy/curly so I need that iron that will help me to stay on the right track with my hair goals. Unfortunately this iron just wasnt the one.
